Good Morning Nordics! There has been a minor change to our schedule today (07/20/2023). The weight room will be open from 2pm-3pm before high school boys basketball 3pm-4:30pm. Then to end the day we have Girls Basketball: 5-7th Open Gym/9-12th Scrimmage. Remember....Be Safe. Be Responsible. Be Respectful. #NordicsEverywhere
We will be meeting to revamp our Athletic Student Handbook on Wednesday, August 2nd. We're looking for students to have input. If you're interested in being a part of it, please call the the office. We will randomly pick a few students depending on interest levels. The deadline to sign up is Wednesday, July 26th.
ATTENTION DRIVER EDUCATION PARENTS! Since the last day of driving is known, it is very important that an appointment is made at Secretary of State prior to August 2. Of course, if your teen is done driving earlier, the appointment should be scheduled sooner than August 2. MAKE SURE to read the Driver Education Update form that was sent in the mail. If you did not receive one, PLEASE do not hesitate to call the office for one.

There WILL be open gym tonight for the boys between 6 and 8 PM. The weight room will be open at 5 PM prior to open gym.
Also, there will be middle school boy's open gym for grades 6-8 in the lower gym during the same time frame. Middle school students also are welcome to attend the weight room session at 5.
The First Day of School is August 21, 2023. We hope everyone is enjoying their summer vacation.
Congratulations to our 9-10s Nordic Girls & Coaches on winning the championship. The girls beat UP Colors (Kingsford) 1-0. The girls couldn't have done it without their #1 Fan Mrs Rochon!

NORDIC ATHLETES! Former Crystal Falls & Michigan State SG Lexi Gussert is hosting a basketball camp in Crystal Falls, MI on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. Students in grade 3rd-8th are more than welcomed to sign up. The picture attached with this post has all the directions on how to register for the camp.
BOYS' BASKETBALL GYM UPDATE:
There will be open Gym for Boys' Basketball Thursday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM this week. (June 15, 2023). The open gym previously scheduled for Sunday (June 18, 2023) has been canceled!

NORDIC ATHLETICS UPDATE! The North Dickinson Boys Baseball team plays in Felch Thursday May 25th and Friday May 26th. Thursday the Boys will play against North Central starting at 3:30PM CST. Friday the boys will end their regular season playing against Stephenson starting at 3:30PM CST as well. Lastly, friendly reminder that the athletic banquet is being held tonight starting at 6:00PM CST and is open to the public.
